2. Account Registration

• Accounts are limited to one per individual
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. User Responsibilities

By using FindForce, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Respect third-party platform terms of service
• Obtain necessary permissions before contacting individuals
• Not process data of individuals under 18 years of age
• Accept full responsibility for your use of verified information

4. Subscription and Billing

• Billing processed monthly through Lemon Squeezy
• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Cancellation available at any time through your account dashboard

5. Service Limitations and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee email deliverability or 100% verification accuracy
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You agree to indemnify us for any misuse of the service

6. Data Protection

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
